INTENSE TRAINING for INTERCLUB & COMPETITIVE PLAYERS aged 10 to 18 during school holidays. This 3 hours daily training camp is suited to a 3-day immersion programme.Wednesdays to Fridays 2-5pm during the school holidays.
Pre-Tournament & Interclub Conditioning. An intensive training format developing all key aspects of your game: technical, physical, mental and strategic through drills, skills and match play.
