Who tf is Krampus??
Krampus is a horned, half-goat, half-human figure from Central and Eastern Alpine folklore. He accompanies Saint Nicholas on the night of December 5, known as Krampusnacht ("Krampus Night"). While Saint Nicholas rewards well-behaved children, Krampus punishes the bad ones.
The Krampus is thought to be inspired by other mythical creatures, such as the Perchten or Straggele, though there are no written sources before the end of the 16th century.
