We will be celebrating the Holiday Season together with drinks and light appetizers as we close out 2024!There will also be a time to elect new board members to our leadership team. We invite you to serve on our Board— Please email a brief description of your strengths and goals to [email protected]. Board elections will take place, and your vote is important. You will be asked to share a 60-second message about what matters most to you about the Heart of Cary and the Downtown Cary Experience. Be sure to vote and make your voice heard!

Members who arrive by 6:30 pm will have a meal and 1 drink included!

As we look ahead to 2025, we’re excited to share updates about our meeting schedule and format. These changes reflect the growth and transformation of downtown Cary and our commitment to serving our members and the community in meaningful and impactful ways.

Cary is evolving, and so are we! Our new quarterly meeting structure focuses on making each gathering more effective, informative, and engaging. By shifting to this format, we’ll have more time to gather updates from the town, allowing us to provide richer, more comprehensive information during our meetings. This change also creates additional opportunities to connect with members socially and professionally, helping our growing town feel small and fostering deeper relationships within our vibrant community.

Here’s what you can expect each quarter in 2025:

1. Morning Meetings at the Chamber of Commerce – These quarterly gatherings will focus on updates and discussions about key initiatives and developments in downtown Cary, spotlights of local nonprofits, and relevant information for residents of downtown, businesses and nonprofits.
2. "What’s Up? Downtown!" Evening Events – Relaxed and dynamic evening events designed for networking, community updates, and celebrating what makes downtown Cary special.
3. A Rotating Third Event Each Quarter – An exciting opportunity to engage in fresh and varied ways, with details tailored to keep things interesting and impactful.

With three touchpoints per quarter – a morning meeting, an evening event, and a rotating third gathering – we aim to strengthen our connections, share valuable information, and celebrate the unique energy of our growing community.
