For one magical evening, the How I See It home and studio come alive after dark with thousands of twinkling lights, beautifully decorated spaces, festive displays, seasonal flavors, and all the little details that make Christmas feel like Christmas.
Known for bringing holiday magic to spaces including the Virginia Governor’s Mansion and the Historic Jefferson Hotel, Cody is opening the doors once again for an intimate evening designed to inspire, delight, and give you a chance to simply enjoy the season.
Wander through the decorated spaces. Take in the lights. Gather ideas for your own home. Enjoy a festive sip and something sweet. Snap a Christmas photo. Discover something special along the way.

Reservations for Holiday Nights are $10 per guest.
And this year, your reservation comes with a little something extra:
You'll receive a $10 shopping credit to use during Holiday Nights!
Your reservation helps us keep Holiday Nights intimate and comfortable while giving each guest plenty of opportunity to experience everything we've created for the evening.
When you arrive, your $10 credit can be used toward any eligible purchase you make that evening.

Shopping credit is valid during Holiday Nights on Friday, December 4, 2026 only. Credit has no cash value and any unused amount will be forfeited.

Our exclusive 2026 Holiday Nights by How I See It ornament will be available during the event.
Created especially for Holiday Nights, the ornament is a keepsake from the evening and a little piece of Christmas at How I See It that you can bring home and enjoy year after year.
The 2026 design will be revealed closer to the event. 👀🎄

🕒 An Intentionally Intimate Evening
One of the things that makes Holiday Nights special is that it isn't a huge, crowded event.
We want you to have room to wander, enjoy the displays, take photos, grab something from the sip station, visit with us, and actually experience the evening.
For that reason, only a limited number of reservations will be released initially. Additional reservations may be released closer to the event as space allows.
When reserving, choose your preferred arrival window:
5:00–6:00 PM
6:00–7:00 PM
7:00–8:00 PM
Your selected time is your arrival window, so you do not have to arrive exactly at the beginning of the hour.
If your preferred time is available, we recommend reserving early.

FREE ADMISSION
Come explore the decorated spaces in the daylight, gather Christmas inspiration, browse seasonal favorites, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon at How I See It.
No ticket or reservation is required for Saturday's Open House.
Please note that Friday's Holiday Nights is the after-dark experience and the only opportunity during the weekend to experience the property with all of the Christmas lights glowing at night. ✨
⚠️ A Few Things to Know
Holiday Nights will be held rain or shine, and portions of the experience take place outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
Reservations are limited and non-refundable. Your $10 shopping credit is valid only during Holiday Nights on December 4 and cannot be redeemed for cash or used at a later date.
Parking will be available on-site. Lighted signage will help direct you when you arrive.
Additional event information and reminders will be emailed to registered guests as Holiday Nights approaches.
