• 1st Course: Cabbage Patch Soup – Caraflex, green & red cabbage, ham hock broth
• 2nd Course: Nutcracker Salad – Smoked pecan, candied walnuts, toasted almonds, feta, dried fruit, citrus vinaigrette
• 3rd Course: Loaded Mr. Potato Head – Brisket & bacon chili, English cheddar sauce, broccolini, scallions, sour cream
• 4th Course: Teddy Bear – Apple cider cake, pomegranate coulis, vanilla buttercream
Theme:
Santa is coming to town! All the toys are excited and ready for the big day. At the annual pre-holiday meeting Teddy Bear is drinking, Barb Lee is preening and Ann Raggedy is grumpy; all seems normal until the unthinkable happens. What happened? Who did it? Why did a toy do the unthinkable? Find the clues, solve the mystery, and save Santa’s job!”
