It’s that time again!!!! Join us in the studio for a fun filled, festive day as we kick off the holidays!
Our day kicks off with welcome refreshments, followed by a gentle and relaxing yoga class followed by head, neck and temporal massages. After yoga, our professional craft presenter will teach us how to make a beautiful, festive art piece that we can take home and remember forever. After class, a delicious seasonal lunch will be served, followed by a brief additional workshop, and closing our day with a relaxing sound bath.
This is an amazing day spent celebrating the season with some amazing, like minded woman.
