We have once again teamed up with The Hogfathers BBQ team for an epic backyard barbecue class at our showroom. During this hands-on event, you will learn how to perfectly prepare and cook turkey, beef tenderloin, and pork loin for your next holiday gathering. We will teach you everything from meat selection, preparation, cooking techniques, finishing techniques, along with some additional holiday cheer.
You will get a class manual with detailed instructions and recipes, samples of each of the meats we cook, a carving knife, and, of course at the end, you will enjoy eating the final product.
