HOLIDAY HIIT FUNDRAISER

Join us for a Holiday HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout to help reach our goal of $5,000 for The SEED School of Miami! This will be a 1-hour high-intensity interval training session, all fitness levels are welcome.
