What Is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you rest comfortably while listening to the tones and vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sound healing tools.
There's nothing you need to do, achieve, or figure out. Simply get comfortable, listen, and allow yourself to rest.
What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice traditionally used to encourage relaxation and a sense of balance. During this experience, Reiki will be offered as a gentle, complementary wellness practice. Participation is always optional.
Who Is This For?
Everyone is welcome. No prior experience with meditation, sound baths, or Reiki is necessary.
