Crystal Hoag with Earthly Roots is hosting a Holiday Harmony Soundbath at our new space Sacred Cedar Loft. Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating evening on Fri, Dec 13, 2024 at 6:30 PM in Stanwood. Let the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments wash away your stress and fill you with peace and harmony.

please bring a yoga mat, pillow, water bottle and your favorite comfy blanket!

Crystal Hoag is a Holy Fire Reiki Master and Sound Healer. She is deeply passionate about spiritual growth and mental wellbeing. Her personal journey began in her search for help with her anxiety and now she shares her wisdom theough workshops, reiki sessions and sound healing.
