I would love to have you join us amongst the hoopla of the approaching Holiday Season. Whether you are still processing a newer or lingering grief, loss, or longing. Whether you find yourself “blue” even while surrounded by “merriment.” Whether this time of year just leaves you exhausted and burned/stressed out. Etc. Let’s come together.I am very excited for this sacred little intimate event! If you have something that you are sitting with or have been sitting with, then come and sit with it, with us.
I have a wonderful theming and message planned for this event. There will a mixture of utilizing nervous system tools, quiet mindful guided reflection and stillness, and heartfelt intention and connection, while also having no pressure as I hold space for you in whatever capacity that may end up being on that day. This is about filling your personal cup while also hopefully leaving more grounded with a little connection and boost from feeling heard and seen. There will be more detailed information emailed out to participants closer to the event.
