Holiday Food Gift Workshop

Join us for the Holiday Food Gift Workshop on Tue Nov 19 2024 at 10:00 AM at the N.C. Cooperative Extension - Carteret County Center for a fun and festive event!

This hands-on workshop will use tested recipes and water-boiling canning method for high acid foods to give shelf stable gifts.

You’ll go home with jars of each decorated treat:

• Spicy Cranberry Salsa
• Pickled Dilled Okra
• Hot Chocolate Mix (dry mix)

The $35 registration fee for the class will cover the supplies, snacks, and bottle water.
