Flow into the holiday season with a 45 min Pilates workout on the beach led by Flow Pilates Club. Grab your comfiest workout set or sweats and be ready to work your core and connect with an amazing community.

We offer unique pop-up experiences on the West Coast, providing an opportunity to move, feel inspired and connect with your calm in nature.

What to Expect:

9a: Check-in at Lifeguard Tower 28

9:15a-10a: Mat Pilates. Open to all fitness levels!

10-10:30a: Re-fuel & mingling!

Wellness Tote: Receive a thoughtfully curated bag filled with products from some of our favorite wellness brands.

Towels will be provided for class, but if you require more support or have a favorite mat, please bring your own! Please bring your own water.

Paid parking at Lot 5 South is recommended: https://www.santamonica.gov/places/parking-lots/lot-5-south. You can also try your luck with paid street parking or free parking deeper in Santa Monica.

Once you park, you'll walk down the wooden path and we'll be right on the right or left. Look out for a white umbrella and cute beach setup. :)
