Come join us at The Commons for a fun-filled, hands-on cooking event tailored for plant-based foodies! This month we'll be getting prepared for the holiday's by preparing a soul food dinner.

In small groups we'll be cooking several recipes that you'll have the opportunity to eat and may even have some to take home.

Learn new recipes, cooking tips, and tricks to make your veggie meals more exciting and delicious. Coach Alyssa Nicole will guide you through the process of creating mouth-watering dishes that even the pickiest eaters will love.

Here's what to expect:

🌱This demonstration is very hands-on so yes, you will be cooking
