The holidays can be a beautiful time of year, but they can also bring stress, overwhelm, pressure, and exhaustion. We invite you to step away from the holiday rush and enjoy a special evening dedicated entirely to YOU!

Join us at Hummingbird Wellness for a complimentary evening of relaxation, healing, and spiritual connection. Come as you are, release the weight of the season, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and renewed.

We will begin with a deeply relaxing, guided sound bath meditation designed to help you release the stress of the holidays, quiet your mind, relax your entire body, and restore a sense of inner peace.

Each participant will have the opportunity to receive a mini Reiki session. These gentle energy-healing experiences are intended to support relaxation, ease feelings of overwhelm, and help you release the pressure and tension you may be carrying.

Have you ever been curious about Reiki, energy healing, spirituality, or your own spiritual journey? We will conclude our evening with an open, welcoming question-and-answer session. No question is too small, and no prior experience is necessary!

🧘 Please Bring: A yoga mat or comfortable blanket to lie on during our guided sound bath.

• Everyone is welcome, including those completely new to Reiki and practitioners at Reiki Level II or below.
• Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
• No solicitation of any kind will be tolerated. This is a peaceful, supportive space dedicated to personal healing and community connection.
