Holiday Crafternoon

Please join us for a social crafting session! Drop by with your holiday (or other) crafting projects and work alongside some other makers for a series of community creating sessions. You can bring any portable crafting project with you to work on as long as it's not very messy (think the kinds of things you can work at in a cafe-ish setting). The library will have tables and chairs set up for everyone to share.

The library will also be providing a limited supply of yarn and the pattern for knitted color work Christmas stockings. These will be given out as a first come first served basis. You will need to bring size 7 straight knitting needles if you want to get started on a stocking. The knitting pattern is suitable for an intermediate knitter, some help will be available for knitting troubleshooting of the stocking pattern.

We'll put on a holiday yule log video on the big TV and enjoy the crafts. This program is suitable for adults and teens.
