Earleigh Heights Volunteer Fire Company is hosting our first annual Holiday Craft Fair! We plan to offer unique, handmade holiday gifts, beautiful decorations, and festive fun for all ages.WHAT TO EXPECT:
-Artisan gifts & decor
-Spaces 10 x 10
-$60 Table Rental
-Electric Available
-Food Available for Purchase
-Raffles and Giveaways Every Hour

**Event Schedule & Setup**
Setup begins:** 7:30 AM
Public hours:** 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Cleanup must be completed by 6 PM
**Responsibilities**
* You are responsible for setting up and cleaning your assigned area.
* Any items left after cleanup will become EHVFC property.
* Bring your own cash or POS equipment; EHVFC does not provide change or tech support.
* Sales tax reporting is your responsibility.
**Refreshments**
* Bring your own or buy from the concessions counter.
* **No food sales allowed by vendors.**
**Facilities & Parking**
* Loading/unloading only at the Southside double doors—**do not block or park there.**
* Vendors must park in the **back lot**; front lot is for customers. Handicap parking is enforced.
