Holiday Cookie Decorating Workshop w/the Honeypie Bakeshop

This holiday class is a hands-on introduction to COOKIE decorating. Brooke Ogierman, Lead Baker of Honeypie Bakeshop and pastry decorator extraordinaire will break down the steps to making beautiful holiday cookies.

We will provide you with baked vanilla sugar cookies that you will use. We will start with a a template to decorate upon to learn piping steps and design techniques. After practicing on your templates, you'll be guided through deocrating your cookies. Class is approx 2.5-3 hours in length, is informal and built for lots of questions, answers and fun. Tickets include 18 cookies to decorate along with the various frostings and decorations for you to work with. You will go home with your completed cookies and recipes for the cookies and frostings.

We will be working in a professional kitchen - please wear non-slip, closed-toe shoes and clothes you do not mind frosting. This class is designed for ages 12+. Our kitchen set up requires standing to work, we do have the ability to pull a stool up to the tables for those who need - please let us know if you need any kind of accomodation and we will do our best to work with you.
