Join us for a heartwarming community potluck and sound bath — a cozy evening created to bring people together during a season that can feel busy, emotional, or overwhelming. We’ll share food, connection, and a gentle space to unwind.

The evening begins with a relaxed potluck where everyone is invited to bring a dish, big or small, homemade or store-bought. It’s all about nourishment, kindness, and being together. After we eat and settle in, you’ll be guided into a soothing sound bath with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and calming tones designed to quiet the mind and soften the nervous system.

Whether you’re craving community, support, or a peaceful moment for yourself, this gathering offers a warm place to land — shared food, soft light, good company, and a restorative sound bath to help you end the night feeling held and more at ease.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠:

Please bring a blanket or bedsheet to cover our padded cushions, along with your favorite pillow. No yoga mats needed for this event. Come dressed comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand if you’d like.

Since this evening includes a community potluck, feel free to bring a dish of any kind — homemade or store-bought, simple or elaborate. To help keep everyone safe, especially those with allergies or dietary needs, please include a small note card listing the main ingredients in your dish (for example: contains nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, etc.). If you’re unsure, just list what you do know.

To help us begin together in a grounded and peaceful way, we ask that you arrive on time. Doors open 7 minutes before the event begins, and your punctuality is truly appreciated.

If you have any serious medical condition (i.e. metal in the body brain injury, recent surgery, epilepsy, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally, please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath, thank you!
