Holiday Cocktails - Mixology Class (Open to the public!)

Buying a ticket grants you admission to this class from 12PM to 2PM on Saturday December 13th, 2025.

Learn four festive cocktails all featuring champagne as a key ingredient. Nothing says “celebration” like popping the cork on some delicious bubbly, and nothing says “party” more than turning that bubbly into an impressive cocktail.
Hugo Spritz—elderflower liqueur, mint, soda, champagne
Tramanto—gin, lemon, peychauds bitters, champagne
French 75–cognac, lemon, champagne
Old Cuban—aged rum, lime, mint, angostura bitters, champagne

*You must be at least 21 years old to attend this class. Your age will be verified in person.*

Classes are held in person at the Institute of Culinary Education at 521 E. Green Street Pasadena, CA 91101.
