Holiday Christmas Community Celebration

• Our mission is to reach 200+ children and uplifting 100 families this season.
• To make your donation, go to:
• A designated area inside will be provided for all participating vendors/companies to display their products and or services.
• Prefer all vendors/companies to bring their own table and chair. If you do not bring your own table, a table only will be provided. However, tables are limited and please comfirm if table is needed by December 13th.
• All parents and guardians will have the opportunity to visit every vendor, exchange information, and participate in all drawings.
• All parents and guardians will receive a ticket that will be placed in a container for the door prize drawing. Students will also receive tickets, which will be placed in a separate container for toy drawings and additional prizes.
• Set up time starts at 9:00 am to 10:50 am, break down time is from 2:00pm to 3:00 pm and event start time is 11:00 am and end at 2:00 pm.
• Location: Georgia Farrow Recreation Center, 530 Davis Dr., Irving, TX 75061

• All vendors/companies will need to register.
• All vendors and companies are asked to provide a minimum donation of either $100, a $100 gift card, or toys.
• All vendors and companies are asked to donate toys in equivalent value of $100 for a male or female, ages 5 to 17.
• If applicable, asking all vendors and companies are asked to donate one gift basket of their product and services to be given away as a door prize.
• Deadline for all donations is December 15, 2025.
