The holidays are often tough when we're already grieving. This workshop will offer a space for you to explore your grief and plan how you want to handle the absence of your loved one when the holidays role around.This workshop will happen from 2 to 3:30 p.m. as well as from 7 to 8:30 p.m. to accommodate various schedules. The same material will be presented each time, so there's no need to try to attend both times.
