Holiday Baking! Cheesecake & Scones

In this cozy, hands-on class, students will create two seasonal favorites. They’ll start by making a luscious Caramel Apple Cheesecake, learning techniques for a creamy filling, spiced apple topping, and smooth caramel drizzle. Then, they’ll bake Cranberry Orange Scones, mastering tender dough with bright citrus and tart cranberry flavors. This class focuses on essential baking skills and flavor combinations, perfect for anyone wanting to add warm, homemade treats to their autumn repertoire.

Classes are approximately 2 hours- 2 1/2 hours

This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
