The holiday season brings a mix of joy, grief, nostalgia, and expectation. In this 2.5-hour interactive workshop, we’ll explore the archetypes, both supportive and challenging, that tend to surface during this time of year. From the generous Giver and the joyful Inner Child to the overwhelmed People Pleaser or the exhausted Perfectionist, each of these inner parts holds wisdom, energy, and a message.
Through guided reflection, imagery, and journaling, you’ll meet the archetypes that are active in your life this season—and discover which ones you want to cultivate more intentionally.
