Holiday Antiques and Collectibles

This event does not require registration.

In this program, personal property appraiser Carolyn Law will define "antique" and "collectible" with a special focus on holiday themes including Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and others. She will describe characteristics of value in the different categories of antiques and collectibles and the changes and trends in markets over time.

Attendees are invited to bring one holiday-themed item for discussion. There will be no individual appraisals at this event.

Carolyn Law is the owner of Carolyn Law Antiques LLC in Sycamore, Illinois. She is a certified personal property appraiser and antiques researcher.
