Complete the door prize entry form to receive your ticket! ?️
Get your golf club & ball before heading to your starting hole.
Groups of 4-6 players will be assigned a starting hole (marked on your scorecard).

Info: Scott welcomes everyone & explains how the tournament works.
Tournament Rules Recap:
✅ Maximum 5 strokes per hole.
✅ If your ball is stuck, move it one clubhead length (no closer to the hole).
✅ One person per group records scores & submits the final signed scorecard.
✅ Be present at hole 18 at the end of the tournament for fun stuff & playoffs!
