Let us gather together
Bring all the pieces of who we are
And call ourselves whole
Arrive with permission to be exactly how you are
And give that same permission to others
To connect with our hearts
To be sacred witness, for each other and ourselves
In this container holding sacred witness is an opportunity to witness people in silent compassion but also witness our own reactions–bad or good as our own. In these two hours together I invite you to loosen your grip on right and wrong, black and white and focus on how you are feeling, what are you observing, can you expand with what is?
This is a practice space! The intention of this space is to grow our capacity by giving permission to ourselves and each other to feel without guilt or shame.
