About this Event
Join us in community to hold space for yourself, down-regulate your nervous system, and experience true relaxation and bliss.
An Inner Wisdom Healing Center practitioner will lead a FREE 15-20 minute Zen-style meditation at 6:30pm, followed at 7pm by a donation-based 60 minutes of multi-instrument sound healing by Ryan Warner with 8 quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flute and more.
Come for one or the other, or both!
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow and whatever else makes you most comfortable and relaxed!
After the sound bath, feel free to ask any questions about sound healing, reiki, or meditation. Please note there will be no hands-on energy work.
