Come join us for a unique event at A2Zen Studio where we will be combining the healing practices of Grief Yoga® and Sound Bath. This in-person experience is designed to help you navigate through grief and find inner peace through movement and sound.

In the wake of the recent Central Texas flooding, many of us are carrying unspoken grief. Whether you were directly impacted or are simply feeling the emotional weight of the collective, this experience is for you. 50% of your ticket supports Kerr County families recovering from flooding through the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund--plus, you're welcome to donate more at our onsite QR donation station to deepen your impact.

During this event, you will have the opportunity to release emotions, connect with others in a supportive environment, and find comfort in the soothing sounds of a sound bath. Whether you are dealing with loss or simply looking to explore new ways of healing, this event is open to all levels.

Info: Clarissa Wicklund, Certified Grief Yoga® Teacher, will lead us in a gentle class where we will use the power of the body to find healthy emotional expression and release and create a safe space for our grief to be witnessed, together. No previous yoga experience is required

Info: Mark LoPalo, Holistic Healing Practitioner, will lead us in a gentle and nourishing sound bath featuring crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and gentle resonance. All you have to do is relax and let your nervous system be restored through these healing sounds

Info: This will include time for us to reflect, journal, offer condolences, and donate in an effort to grieve together and show our support for the families impacted by the flood. Additional donations can be made during the class to support the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund
