I'm honored to invite you to this month's Holding Space: A Grief Yoga Practice as we gather outdoors for a gentle Walking Meditation at beautiful Battery Park in Old New Castle.
Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, navigating a life transition, healing from the end of a relationship, or simply carrying more than your heart can hold, this practice offers a compassionate space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

Holding Space is a healing centered yoga experience designed to create a supportive environment for those navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions.
Grief lives in the body as much as it lives in the heart. Through mindful breath, gentle movement, meditation, and reflection, this practice creates space for emotional awareness, healing, and self-compassion.
This monthly gathering offers a quiet container where participants can slow down, reconnect with their breath, and honor their personal healing journey.
Participants will experience:

✨ Gentle, accessible yoga movement
✨ Guided meditation
✨ Journaling and personal reflection
This practice welcomes anyone navigating grief from:
• the loss of a loved one
• the end of a relationship
• major life transitions
• personal change or emotional loss
No prior yoga experience is necessary.

FacilitatorThis practice will be facilitated by Devin Johnson Carroll, CO Founder of The Monarch Movement and a student in the Hedera Yoga School Teacher Training Cohort.
Devin will be facilitating under the guidance and supervision of:
