Holding Hearts is a six-week support group created for individuals navigating pregnancy or infancy loss. Grief has no timeline, and this group offers a welcoming, compassionate space—whether your loss was recent or years ago.Participants will gather in a cozy, supportive environment to engage in hands-on therapeutic activities, guided discussions, and connection with others who understand. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
The group is facilitated by Amanda Snyder, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and Lindsay Dunlavey, Pregnancy Loss & End-of-Life Doula with Honoring the Journey Doula Services.
Dates: Wednesdays, April 8 – May 13
