The Bucks County Suicide Prevention Task Force is proud to host our “Hold On You Matter Spring Walk” on Saturday, April 25th! Our goal is simple but powerful: to remind our community that every life is valuable, that tomorrow brings new possibilities, and that no one has to face their struggles alone. Above all, we want people to remember: Hold On, You Matter.Funds raised through this event directly support suicide prevention resources, training initiatives, awareness campaigns, and grants awarded to schools and organizations working to promote positive mental health for all. Join us to help end the stigma of mental illness, and promote suicide prevention in our community!
