Join us Sunday, November 1st, 2026, as we join Hokie Nation and participate in the #HokieHike! We will meet at the Appomattox River Regional Park in North Prince George/Hopewell. Part of the regional Appomattox River Trail, a project of the Friends of the Lower Appomattox River (FOLAR), Appomattox River Regional park offers over 65 acres of pristine woods on the Appomattox River. It features over 3 miles of hiking trails, a fishing pier, birdwatching, picnic pavilions, a canoe/kayak launch, an observation pier, fitness trail and restrooms.
Virginia Tech does have some swag (it's a good package this year!) if you would like to officially register - this year they even have some for the pets in your life!! Even if you do not want the swag, please sign up there and here so we have an idea of how many folks will be joining us. The link will be in the event details.
