You’ll be welcomed into a calm, softly held space. Bring a yoga mat, blanket or cushion — anything that helps you feel comfortable. Most people choose to lie down, though you’re free to sit or settle however feels right.

Once the journey begins, waves of sound move gently through the room — the deep resonance of titanium gongs felt through the body, the flowing tones of handpans, the warmth of cello, alongside delicate handmade instruments that shimmer and echo through the space.

There’s nothing to do. No technique to follow. Just rest and receive.
