Hog Days of Summer brings championship pitmasters from across the region to Rural King in Bloomington for a full day of barbecue competition. Watch teams tend their pits, meet the cooks, and experience the sights, sounds, and aromas that make competition barbecue unlike anything else.
Throughout the day, certified barbecue judges will determine the champions in four KCBS-style categories:

🐖 Pork Ribs
🐷 Pork
🥩 Brisket
