The Spread Good Karma Foundation is committed to providing preventative healthcare in Delaware. They offer complimentary health, fitness, and wellness services to the community in hopes of lowering healthcare costs, fostering a better quality of life, strengthening our workforce, and improving our neighbors' mental and physical health.
