Just finished a batch of Chow-chow with green tomatoes from Hardegree's.It is a wonderful flavor and would be perfect for a sandwich. Sweet and tart.
This will be available at HOBBY DAY in Port Aransas on Saturday, February 14th in Roberts Point Park at the Pavilion from 9 am to 1 pm.
Look for us there. It's going to be a beautiful day.
We will have fresh bagels, mini-loaf Rye, Onion Rye, Pumpernickel, and Multi-grain, bread Sticks, some delish BABKA (very limited), all kinds of pickled items, soups, sauces, and other eclectic foods.
All are locally produced, and locally sourced when possible.
Most are vegetarian (but taste great with meat added).
Stop by for a sample.
MANY VENDORS WITH ALL KINDS OF ITEMS (but only ONE uniquely HUGELVILLE).
