HM Virtual Homebuyer Education Class - January 2025

Class Schedule

January 19 - 10am to 12pm

January 22 - 5pm to 7pm

January 25 - 10am to 12pm

This is an 6-hour class split into three 2-hour sessions. To receive the Homebuyer Education Certificate of Completion, attendance for all 3 days and a Pre-Purchase Counseling session is required. This class fulfills the educational requirements for many First Time Homebuyer loans.

Purchasing a home is a large investment for anyone and while the idea of becoming a homeowner is exciting, there are many factors to consider. Hale Mahaolu’s Homebuyer Education Class help potential homebuyers to better understand the home buying process.

Cost $75.00 per household
