David Grassé, well-known Arizona historian and Reference and Adult Services Librarian at the Payson Public Library and Arizona’s “Hottie Historian,” Janelle Molony present on the challenges and rewards of researching and writing about Old West subjects with a special focus on outlaws, gamblers, and women of the night. Grassé recently released Red Light Districts of Tucson: 1870-1918 and Molony contributed the foreword. Molony’s work is primarily family history-centric with ties to the Earps and other early Arizona pioneers. Both authors will be selling and signing their respective books after the program.This is a unique opportunity to get a dual-signed copy of the new release!
