Historian and author Dr. David Peterson del Mar journeys back to the early years of Boys & Girls Aid founded in 1885, Oregon’s first and longest running child welfare agency. Dr. Peterson del Mar and a panel of experts reflect on how the agency’s founding vision remains relevant when caring for youth in local communities today.
