Our first talk of the year is History of the Clifton Hotel by local house historian and genealogist Debby Jones.Join us on Saturday 24 January to take a journey through time from the hotel's foundation stones through to its position as one of the most prestigious hotels in Folkestone today.
Debby will have copies of her new book on the subject available to purchase.
The talk is at our usual venue, the Back Hall of the Cornerstone Centre in Castle Hill Avenue from 2pm for a 2.30pm start.
Admission is £5 and refreshments will be served.
