We will hear about one of the most dramatic episodes in Scottish history - the Scottish Reformation of 1559-1560, and the pivotal role played by one man, John Knox, in that transformation. We will focus on events in Perth, particularly at St John's Kirk, where on May 11th, 1559, a sermon sparked a chain of events that would irreversibly change Scotland's religious, political, and cultural landscape.
