Join us for our monthly Community History Night in partnership with the Schenectady County Historical Society! Schenectady takes its name from the great expanse of pine forest to its east. The Pine Bush, as it's long been known, stands as an ecologically and historically unique enclave in the Capital Region. This presentation traces the recent history of this beautiful landscape up until the more recent threats to its existence.
