An invitation to anyone who worked with coal in Lake Macquarie to reunite, celebrate, and remember with friends and fellow workersCoal built and shaped West Wallsend, Catherine Hill Bay, Teralba, Killingworth, Stockrington and Seahampton and large parts of Newcastle and Hunter Regions.
Sugar Valley Library Museum welcomes everyone connected with Lake Macquarie’s coal industries to meet again. If you mined or transported coal, or worked in a coal-fired power station, join us to remember your service during our History Illuminated festival.
Authors Brian Andrews and Ed Tonks will be at the museum for this special event.
