PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Ticket Information: Tickets are FREE, but space is LIMITED! Book your reservation today and prepare for an unforgettable adventure filled with discovery and wonder.

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled tour time. Tours begin promptly at 6pm, starting from Mural Park.

Attire: We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and dressing warmly – winter hats, scarves and gloves are advised.

Duration: The walking tour is approximately 2 hours long, ensuring a delightful experience without feeling rushed.

CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION

Cancelling your Reservation: If you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket reservation as soon as possible through the Eventbrite website. By cancelling, you allow us to offer your tickets to others who are waiting for this event. We ask that reservations be cancelled 2 days in advance. We hope to limit the number of no-show reservations so that we may keep group sizes balanced.

If the forecast indicates light rain or showers, we recommend bringing appropriate rain gear - umbrellas, rain jackets, and waterproof footwear. Our tours will proceed in light rain conditions unless otherwise notified.
