2026 House Tour: "For Freedom & Equality"

Experience a Merchant’s life following the end of the Revolution in America. This year, we are highlighting the luxuries of the Philip and Maria Van Rensselaer Collection. Some items are more than 250 years old, and many represent the work Mr Van Rensselaer conducted during his time as a Correspondence Committee of Albany member, as well as the Chamber of Commerce Commissioner. Both positions bolstered the Van Rensselaer’s family reputation and wealth, for a short time.

Guided house tours available seasonally, May-November.
