🚂 WHAT DOES A CREW TRANSPORT DRIVER DO?
PTI provides transportation for railroad crews. As a driver, you'll use a company-provided vehicle to safely pick up and transport railroad employees where they need to go.
No CDL required and no prior professional driving experience required!
💰 STARTING PAY VARIES BY DRIVER ASSIGNMENT:
🚐 Dedicated Yard Van Driver (DYV) — $14.50/hour
Typically handles shorter, more frequent trips transporting railroad crews in and around the railroad yard or local area.
🚐 Multipurpose Vehicle Driver (MPV) — $17.00/hour
Crew transportation using PTI multipurpose vehicles based on railroad transportation needs.
🛣️ Over-the-Road Crew Driver (OTR) — $19.50/hour
Handles longer-distance trips transporting railroad crews between locations.
And don't let “OTR” confuse you — this is NOT semi-truck driving! These positions transport railroad employees in PTI vehicles. No CDL is required.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
➡️ At least 21 years old
➡️ Valid driver's license and clean driving record
➡️ At least 3 years of driving experience — personal driving experience counts
➡️ Ability to meet PTI's required screening and background requirements
