HIP’notic Dance Session (VEGAS EDITION)

Hi Ladies and Hipnotic Dance Session! ALL DANCERS are Welcomed to Join this Class to help create the perfect Experience! This space is designed for Women to feel comfortable in their bodies as they learn Rhythms and Movements that help them feel at home in their temple. In this Class we will go over Hip Health, Twerk Movements/Styles, Hipwerk, and Fluidity! All moves will be broken down to ensure we are building a proper foundation for our Hipwerk Routines!

5. Whine/Body Roll Techniques
