Hip Hop to Homeownership is am equity-driven, five part workshop series that bridges culture and wealth by using the power of hipp hop to inspire financial empowerment and homeownership among underrespresented communities. Rootes in the belief that culture drives change, the program turns financial education into a creative, relatable experience through music, storytelling, and art-based engagement. Particpants gain access to financial ciaching, credit support, and first-time homebuyer resources, transforming the energy of hip hop into pathways for ownership, stability, and community pride.

• Increase understanding of the homebuying process and available supports
• Connect participants with local lenders, housing counselors, and programs
• Foster long-term wealth-building and equitable ownership opportunities
