Unashamed Praise Dance is a high-energy HIP HOP dance workout designed to help you move freely, sweat hard, and praise boldly. This class is all about joy, freedom, and expression — no dance experience required.

After the workout, we’ll transition into a Bible study and discussion, creating space to slow down, reflect, and dig deeper into the Word together. Come for the movement, stay for the message.
